About
The Export and Production Support and Development Authority aims to support and develop local production and exports.
Trade Point Syria is hosted by Export and Production Support and Development Authority. Its objectives include:
- Supporting, developing, developing and improving local production and enhancing its competitiveness;
- Supporting and promoting exports to serve the goals of the overall economic growth;
- Contribute to supporting the activities of federations of chambers, chambers of industry, commerce, agriculture, tourism, the exporters union, the craftsmen union, and the farmers union, according to prior plans and in line with development priorities
- Contribute to encouraging investment and supporting export-oriented production,
- Contribute to supporting investment in productive sectors with a competitive advantage and;
- Contributing to developing and modernizing Syrian productive institutions and companies, raising their efficiency and developing their capabilities in a way that ensures securing the needs of the local market and enhancing its export capabilities.
Services
1. e-Trade ID
Access to the e-Trade ID introduced to bring a higher level of security to all parties involved in a transaction. A digital identity bringing a unique credential that can be used to access to WTPF services.
2. Electronic Trade Opportunities (ETO Trust)
Provides access to the ETO Trust system of WTPF, which allows certified SMEs to post and receive selling and buying leads of products and services of the member companies of the Trade Points and e-TradeDesks.
3. Trade Research
Undertakes market research for entering into new markets.
4. Trade Mission Visits
Logistical support and meeting arrangements for trade missions for member companies.
5. Trade Information
Assistance to members in their various trade information requirements.
