Meeting with the Guangdong Machinery Industry Association, Guangzhou, 3 April 2025
WTPF met with the Guangdong Machinery Industry Association established in 2002. They have over 600 member organizations and is involved in assessing technological achievements, evaluating new products and technologies, certifying enterprise qualifications, hosting trade exhibitions and promoting the development of enterprise value brands, including trademarks, renowned brands, patents and disseminate industry information.
The association expressed interest in WTPF network and platform to facilitate and support access to Guangdong machinery industry related companies and associations to leverage on the eTrade ID to attract new businesses to the region and promote global cooperation.
Guangdong is one of China’s manufacturing powerhouse. It is the nexus of China’s Greater Bay Area (GBA), where rapid high-tech developments are drawing major foreign investments.
