Murcians conversing in Beijing
Every international event offers exciting and unexpected encounters. Antonio Castillo, Treasurer of the WTPF, had the pleasant surprise of meeting and speaking with Pedro Moreno, Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), who is originally from Murcia and from the same town where ASEPIO, the Industrial Park, is located, and of which Castillo is President.
The President, Bruno Masier, was able to join the meeting, and they were able to discuss the upcoming event in Geneva on November 25th, to commemorate the 25th anniversary of our institution’s creation as an initiative of UNCTAD’s Trade Point Program, where Murcia will surely play a prominent role.
