WTPF signs the “Cartagena Declaration about Commercial Diplomacy”

In the framework of the II Forum Cartagena Connecting Commerce Commercial Diplomacy held on the 1st and 2nd of December, the WTPF signs together with the Government of the Region of Murcia the “Cartagena Declaration about Commercial Diplomacy”. This declaration gathers the conclusions of high-level experts on the present and future of commercial diplomacy, and its fundamental role in facing global challenges, and in building and strengthening international relations.
In this context, given the high cultural component, this Declaration is signed in the city of Cartagena, supporting with this initiative the impulse for this city to be recognised as a Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The WTPF will support all the actions carried out to this end.
The Declaration proposes and ratifies the consolidation of this forum as a permanent platform with a Secretariat whose activities will be spread throughout the year, in order to promote constant dialogue on global challenges and enrich the annual Forum Cartagena event. This Secretariat will be based in the city of Cartagena.
